Architectural Designer II

About the role

Ware Malcomb is seeking an Architectural Designer II to support the development and production of commercial design concepts. You will translate ideas into 3‑D renderings, computer illustrations, and hand‑drafted drawings while ensuring design quality and alignment with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop smaller design tasks and modify existing concepts.
• Create graphics using 3‑D renderings, computer illustration, and drafting tools.
• Assist in the development and production of design studies (2‑D and 3‑D, hand and computer).
• Support the preparation of planning packages.
• Research and document material specifications.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in commercial architectural design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Basic understanding of site and building design, building codes, and construction methods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of Sketch‑Up.
• Competence in Revit.
