Over de functie

Als administratief assistent ondersteun je de afdeling Grafische Operaties bij het monitoren van reclamecampagnes op de verkooppunten. Je zorgt voor een correcte installatie van materialen, controleert foto‑bewijsmateriaal en houdt projectinformatie up‑to‑date.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Volgen van de uitvoering van point‑of‑sale campagnes en verifiëren van de juiste plaatsing van promotiematerialen.
Controleren en archiveren van fotografisch bewijs van uitgevoerde installaties.
Bijwerken van project‑ en campagnedocumentatie in interne systemen.
Coördineren van administratieve taken om tijdige oplevering van projecten te waarborgen.
Ondersteunen van het operationele team bij planning en rapportage.

Gewenst profiel

Afgeronde middelbare school of technische opleiding; een lopende of afgeronde bachelor is een pré.
6 maanden tot 1 jaar ervaring in administratieve of operationele functies.
Organisatorisch sterk, analytisch en nauwkeurig.
Proactief, servicegericht en goed in teamcommunicatie.

Vereiste vaardigheden

Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
