About the role
Medtronic is seeking an entry‑level Assembly Operator to support manufacturing operations. The role involves performing a variety of production assembly tasks in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly operations using visual aids, diagrams, and written instructions.
- Set up initial layouts, use tools to prepare products, and conduct continuity checks on work in process.
- Conduct quality inspections and may disassemble, modify, rework, and test prototype assemblies.
- Report machine malfunctions and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Required profile
- Entry‑level position with little to no prior experience required.
- Elementary school degree/GED or equivalent.
- Ability to follow standard procedures and work under close supervision.
