About the role
Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead the assembly of programmed doors at its AHMQ facility in Mexico. The role ensures compliance with safety, quality, delivery and cost standards while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly line for door production, guaranteeing adherence to all required standards.
- Monitor performance against safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee the transfer, ramp‑up and stabilization of new products and production lines.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience leading assembly production lines in aerospace or related high‑technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with product transfer to new locations and subsequent scale‑up.
