Assistant Boutique Manager – Los Cabos

About the role

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and delivering the premium customer experience expected by a luxury fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the boutique, ensuring security and compliance with all procedures.
• Coach, schedule, and develop sales associates, monitoring individual and team sales targets.
• Manage merchandise flow, including transfers, returns, inventory counts, and pricing accuracy.
• Lead clienteling initiatives, build a personal customer database, and promote repeat business.
• Coordinate sales promotions, trunk shows, and seasonal events, ensuring effective in‑store signage and communication.
• Monitor stock losses, enforce loss‑prevention policies, and oversee cash handling.
• Facilitate regular store meetings to discuss performance, product knowledge, and merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to train and develop sales teams in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on luxury clientele.
