Assistant Professor of Management

About the role

The Arkansas State University campus in Querétaro seeks an Assistant Professor of Management to teach and conduct research in areas such as Principles of Management, International Management, Social Impact Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Leadership, and Small Business Management. Instruction will be delivered in English.

Key responsibilities

• Teach introductory and upper‑level undergraduate courses in the selected management discipline.
• Develop and maintain an active research agenda, publishing in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with administration, staff, faculty, students, and external stakeholders to promote academic excellence.
• Participate in shared governance and campus management activities.
• Assist in recruiting students and faculty to the campus.

Required profile

• PhD in Management.
• Demonstrated teaching experience, preferably in the United States.
• Strong record of scholarly research and publications.
• Ability to teach in English.
