About the role

Arkansas State University’s Querétaro campus seeks an Assistant Professor of Management to join its growing faculty. The position involves teaching and research in areas such as Principles of Management, International Management, Social Impact Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Leadership, or Small Business Management.

Key responsibilities

• Teach introductory and upper‑level undergraduate courses in the selected management discipline.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with administration, staff, fellow faculty, students, and external stakeholders to promote academic excellence.
• Participate in shared governance and campus management activities.
• Assist in recruiting students and faculty to strengthen the campus community.

Required profile

• PhD in Management.
• Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching methods and pedagogies.
• Preference for candidates with teaching experience in the United States.
• Fluency in English, as the language of instruction.
