Assistant Project Manager, Capital Projects

About the role

Stripe is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone for capital project build‑outs. You will work across real‑estate, design and brand teams to turn high‑level concepts into functional physical spaces while ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Attend all workstream calls, own action items and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution with the lead, from kickoff through completion, including vendor sourcing, budget approvals and cross‑team collaboration.
• Visit construction sites as needed to verify that physical touchpoints meet Stripe’s standards of craft and delivery.
• Scale project capacity by handling vendor onboarding, contractor coordination and leveraging AI tools for logistics.
• Produce concise weekly updates for leadership, translating complex project information into clear actionable summaries.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in real‑estate operations, owner’s representation, or hospitality development.
• High‑agency operator who enjoys figuring out how to make things happen.
• User‑first mindset aligned with Stripe’s focus on quality and seamless experience.
