Associate Account Director – CPG Marketing

About the role

You will own a portfolio of 4‑6 CPG accounts, primarily in beauty, personal care, wellness, or food & beverage. As the primary strategic partner, you will drive performance narratives, identify growth opportunities, and align all marketing efforts with business objectives across DTC, retail, and Amazon ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls, own the performance narrative, and translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into account priorities.
• Track performance across DTC, retail media, and Amazon; surface cross‑channel insights and advise on channel mix and investment allocation.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a unified strategy.
• Support the Account Director on quarterly strategy, renewal preparation, and service expansion conversations.
• Maintain ≥90% client retention and contribute to portfolio net MRR growth.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in CPG, eCommerce, or retail marketing with day‑to‑day client relationship management.
• Familiarity with DTC, retail media, and Amazon fundamentals, including ASIN architecture and sponsored vs. organic dynamics.
• Understanding of omnichannel measurement, MMM, and incrementality testing.
• Comfort presenting to director‑ and VP‑level stakeholders and translating complex channel dynamics into clear narratives.
