Associate Channel Manager

About the role

The Associate Channel Manager will drive sales and marketing initiatives within a specific distribution channel, creating tailored programs to grow business and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and commercialize channel‑specific programs such as special packaging, promotions, events, and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute launch strategies for new product introductions within the channel.
• Recommend optimal product assortments using category management, market data, and end‑user research.
• Manage approved channel expense budgets and assist in budget development.
• Collect and analyse sales reports, market feedback, and competitive data to support planning.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and field sales representatives to understand customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels and proven project‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
• Effective use of internet research tools.
