Associate Consultant – Pharmaceutical Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support high‑quality, timely solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and related industries. You will work on a variety of assignments, from basic analysis to more complex solution development, collaborating closely with senior consultants and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research and analyze findings to identify key insights.
• Communicate strategic thoughts in a client‑ready format.
• Manage projects and workstreams of reasonable size with senior support.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to proposal development.
• Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to address client issues and develop deliverables.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through engagements and learning opportunities.
• Create client presentations with senior guidance.
• Attend, support, and present at client meetings under senior supervision.
• Contribute to learning, development, and recruiting activities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences, economics, business, or related field, or a Ph.D. with limited work experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in healthcare and life‑science industries.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of client‑focused businesses.
• Project management experience is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, written, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptability, quick learning ability, and willingness to travel.
