Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain

About the role

The Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain will lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance across Latin America and Mexico for a global beauty leader. Reporting to the SVP of Supply Chain Americas, this senior executive partners with regional commercial, finance and global supply chain teams to drive service, cost, inventory and cash objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall supply chain performance for LATAM & Mexico, ensuring service levels, inventory health, cost efficiency and cash flow targets.
• Provide visibility of risks, opportunities and trade‑offs to regional and Americas leadership.
• Ensure robust demand and supply planning, S&OP and business alignment with global governance.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to execute the business plan.
• Direct customer service, logistics and regulatory activities, representing the full supply chain agenda locally.
• Develop multi‑country teams, enforce governance, standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or operations within a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong track record of delivering service, cost and inventory targets.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Hands‑on execution mindset combined with strategic thinking.
