B2B Marketing Consultant

About the role

The client, a hospitality design licensing business, is looking for a B2B Marketing Consultant to drive partner growth and sales enablement. This full‑time position blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, supporting business development, partner relationships, and the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Support partner growth initiatives across manufacturers and licensed product categories.
• Maintain partner contact lists, sales‑rep directories, territories and key relationship data.
• Coordinate sample activity, quote activity, project opportunities and sales‑rep needs with partner teams.
• Create and update sales‑enablement materials (presentations, brochures, co‑op marketing assets).
• Organise partner presentations, lunch‑and‑learns, showroom activations and events.
• Identify cross‑category opportunities and qualify leads through online research and digital outreach.
• Conduct outreach via email and phone, schedule virtual meetings and support external sales‑team training.
• Record leads, outreach activities and customer interactions in the CRM and collaborate with sales to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Strategic yet hands‑on professional comfortable moving between strategy, execution, relationship management and commercial thinking.
• Fluent English; must communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
• Experience in B2B sales enablement, partner management or marketing operations, preferably in product design or hospitality licensing.
• Ability to work EST schedule (8:30 am‑5 pm) from any LATAM location.
