About the role
Flex is seeking a recent graduate or final‑semester student in Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering to join its production lines in Aguascalientes. The intern will work directly on industrial segment lines, focusing on process improvement and optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and layout analysis to improve efficiency.
- Enhance production flow and visual management systems.
- Implement lean manufacturing tools and automation projects.
- Support productivity improvements across all industrial lines.
Required profile
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (recent graduate or final‑semester student).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken English.
