Bilingual Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) cold caller to support our Chief Investment Officer in sourcing real‑estate acquisition opportunities. You will be the first point of contact with property owners and commercial brokers, introducing our investment strategy and qualifying potential deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to multifamily and commercial property owners in target markets, assess interest in selling, and gather preliminary property details.
• Schedule qualified conversations between interested owners and the CIO and maintain consistent follow‑up with owners who are not ready to sell.
• Contact commercial real‑estate and multifamily brokers, present acquisition criteria, request offering memorandums, and secure placement on buyer distribution lists.
• Research owners, brokers, and potential opportunities; record all interactions, notes, and follow‑up dates in the CRM.
• Provide regular reports on call activity, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies; real‑estate or brokerage background is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish (C1/C2 level preferred).
• Strong telephone etiquette, persistence, and ability to handle rejection.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM platforms and outbound calling systems.
