Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Travel & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English‑French) Customer Service Representative to join Michelin’s Travel Specialist team. You will be the front‑line contact for guests using the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands, handling reservations, recommendations and inquiries across phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel reservations, rate and availability searches, and special requests via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide restaurant recommendations and answer queries related to the MICHELIN Guide (up to 25% of workload).
• Deliver technical support and handle feedback, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Promote and represent the Tablet Plus program.
• Maintain clear communication with hotel partners and manage expectations in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication in both English and French.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles within travel, hospitality or luxury sectors.
• Ability to work the schedule Thursday‑Monday 12:00‑21:00.
• Willingness to submit an English resume and collaborate with international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar cloud‑based document platforms.
• Experience using chat tools such as Slack alongside email and phone.
