About the role

CoinFlip is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative who will assist users of its cryptocurrency ATMs and mobile app. You will provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers understand basic crypto concepts in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

Support ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS.
Answer functional questions about ATM and app usage.
Deliver basic cryptocurrency education to users.
Troubleshoot ATM hardware or software problems and report trends.
Maintain compliance standards and meet performance expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

Curious and eager to understand how things work.
Patient, especially when educating new crypto users.
Flexible multitasker who can handle calls, chats, emails, and texts.
Effective communicator who listens and puts customers at ease.
Motivated to work independently or collaboratively.
Solution‑oriented, focusing on root‑cause analysis.
Passionate about learning and teaching in a dynamic crypto environment.
