Bilingual Learning & Development Consultant

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Bilingual Learning & Development Consultant to provide strategic workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients. Working remotely from Mexico, you will partner with clients, account managers and internal teams to design and deliver scalable, evidence‑based group learning interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance on workplace wellbeing learning and development needs.
• Assess organisational requirements and recommend appropriate group‑based interventions such as workshops, webinars, leadership programs and campaigns.
• Translate complex client requirements into clear, practical learning solutions and advise on programme structure, target audiences and delivery formats.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, account teams and internal stakeholders, participating in discovery and planning discussions.
• Present recommendations to operational and senior‑level audiences.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of learning programmes across multiple regions and time zones.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in corporate learning, development or workplace wellbeing consultancy.
• Comfortable working in a geographically distributed, cross‑cultural environment.
• Willingness to work occasional hours outside standard local schedule to support global meetings.
