Bilingual Property Manager (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is fluent in both French and English to oversee our long‑term rental portfolio. This remote, full‑time position involves managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating with tenants, owners, and vendors, and ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term residential rentals.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
• Work with maintenance vendors and contractors to schedule and complete repairs.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain accurate tenant records.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local property‑management regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a remote environment.
