Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is hiring a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support one US or Canadian startup executive, working remotely from anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay or Nicaragua. The role suits people who have previously led teams and can stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Admin: manage the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses and event planning.
• Operational: improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects and internal coordination.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership role such as supervisor, team lead, operations manager, quality lead, trainer or account manager.
• C1 English, written and spoken.
• At least one role with 2+ years of tenure.
• Proactive by default.

Required skills

• Google Workspace, Slack and Notion.
• AI tools.
