Brand Strategist

About the role

Arctic Fever is seeking a proactive Brand Strategist who can anticipate client needs and deliver strategic, multi‑channel media plans. You will shape brand narratives, manage paid media campaigns, and ensure every piece of communication drives measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi‑channel media strategies for a diverse B2B client portfolio, translating business goals into structured plans.
• Plan, write, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads, handling architecture, copy, creative direction, and optimization.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars, campaign copy, and promotional messaging that are on‑brand and performance‑focused.
• Analyze campaign performance, produce Monthly Dispatches and Quarterly Brand Reviews for client stakeholders.
• Contribute to branding projects as a research and conceptualization collaborator, supporting the brand definition process from insight to big idea.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing accounts and media plans, preferably with B2B clients.
• Hands‑on experience planning paid media campaigns end‑to‑end, including copy, creative direction, budget structure, and performance logic.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (campaign setup, audience segmentation, budget optimization).
• LinkedIn Ads (CTR analysis, creative testing, audience targeting).
• Google Ads (budget logic, performance tracking).
• Figma familiarity for navigating design assets.
