Business Controlling Senior Analyst

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a Business Controlling Senior Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across all P&L accounts. The role partners closely with the Supply Chain function to ensure cost efficiency, inventory optimisation and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for business performance, analysing profitability by category, brand, product, channel and customer.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑term plans, consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Analyse budget‑vs‑actual variances, identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor OPEX accounts, ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and complies with internal controls.
• Focus on supply‑chain cost structures, driving efficiency in procurement, logistics, warehousing and distribution.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or business finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, cost structures and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
