About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, driving new revenue streams and expanding the company's market presence. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
- Develop new relationships to grow business and support company expansion.
- Maintain and nurture existing business relationships.
- Think critically when planning projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of industry‑related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to design and execute successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
