Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for our sales prospects, building a deep understanding of their needs and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is a full‑time, on‑site position working five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound prospects, create a world‑class first impression, and nurture relationships through phone and email.
• Identify and approach target companies using outbound calling techniques.
• Schedule discovery meetings for telematics experts and hand off qualified opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce, 6Sense, and SalesLoft to track activities and maximize outreach efficiency.
• Partner with Account Executives to expand the sales pipeline and achieve aggressive monthly targets.
• Develop prospect‑specific engagement plans and follow up on marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer‑centric experience.
• College degree required.
• Strong desire to exceed targets and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Excellent cold‑calling and communication skills, both phone and video.
• Ability to listen, understand prospect pain points, and translate them into solution ideas.
