Business Development Representative – Real Estate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our boutique real‑estate team. Working remotely, you will engage warm leads who have already shown interest in our luxury coastal developments in Oaxaca, Mexico, and guide them through the buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls.
• Qualify prospects using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
• Match buyers with the most suitable development based on their goals, budget and timeline.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the CEO and maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects.
• Maintain detailed notes and keep the Brevo CRM up‑to‑date.
• Build long‑term relationships through genuine, consultative conversations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and luxury real‑estate markets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with international clients.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently.
• Experience handling inbound leads and qualifying prospects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Brevo CRM platform.
