Business Development Representative – Remote LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to identify, engage and qualify new B2B partners in the hospitality and events sectors across Southern California and LATAM. This remote, full‑time position involves building prospect lists, conducting outbound outreach and scheduling discovery meetings with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients in hospitality and events.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using provided tools.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach campaigns.
• Create and manage multi‑touch follow‑up sequences.
• Engage directly with event planners, hotel managers, venue owners and other decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects and uncover partnership opportunities.
• Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Achieve activity and appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong cold‑calling and email outreach abilities.
• Experience building prospect lists and conducting market research.
• Ability to identify and engage decision‑makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on generating qualified opportunities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of $1,500‑$2,000 USD.
• 2 % commission on closed deals.
• Full‑time remote work (40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, Pacific Time).
