Business Development Representative – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative based in Mexico to identify, recruit and onboard high-potential sellers onto Palmstreet’s live-shopping platform. The role is fully remote and involves high-intensity outreach, often during evenings and weekends, to connect with sellers when they are most available.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential sellers, creators, shops and communities across Mexico.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, meeting outreach, onboarding and activation targets.
• Persuade qualified sellers to join Palmstreet and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Develop long-term relationships with sellers and support their early success on the platform.
• Gather seller feedback and market insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and customer-support teams.

Required profile

• Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work locally.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or a related role.
• Strong sales abilities: prospecting, relationship-building, objection handling, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; professional proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with frequent evenings and weekends.
• Experience with sellers, creators, small businesses or online communities is a plus.
