Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager will lead the Maison Francis Kurkdjian counter at El Palacio de Hierro Peri Sur, ensuring an outstanding client experience while meeting sales, profitability and compliance targets. This full‑time position reports to the South Texas Account Coordinator and works closely with regional sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by delivering the brand’s client experience standards and executing sales initiatives.
• Monitor and review sales goals, conduct regular performance reviews and implement actions to exceed monthly, seasonal and annual targets.
• Collaborate with the Account Coordinator and Senior Regional Director to develop business plans and special events.
• Organise in‑store trainings, morning meetings and product launches, and coordinate client outreach programs.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards, ensure product presentation, staff appearance and counter cleanliness meet luxury brand guidelines.
• Use the CRM system to record every client interaction, track follow‑up and analyse business data for growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management, order flow reporting and stock requests, and communicate out‑of‑stock or visual‑merchandise issues.
• Complete weekly business recaps for the Account Coordinator and Senior Regional Sales Director.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a retail team and deliver exceptional client service.
• Strong sales orientation with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience planning and executing in‑store events and trainings.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with store staff and regional leadership.
• Analytical mindset to monitor business results, identify opportunities and act on CRM insights.
