Business Process Analyst

About the role

As a Business Process Analyst you will join the Global Information Technology (GIT) team to streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global App – Supply Chain, you will apply SAP expertise and modern digital technologies to support critical business priorities and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of small to medium IT projects using the GIT 5‑Steps Methodology.
• Design, configure, deploy and test SAP and non‑SAP/SaaS solutions in line with global standards and business requirements.
• Maintain production system reliability and provide day‑to‑day support following GIT governance and Global SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal IT groups, Global Development, Risk Management, Shared Services and cross‑functional business units.
• Analyze complex business processes, identify procedural problems and evaluate emerging technologies to deliver strategic value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing IT projects for supply chain or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP design, configuration, deployment and support.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PP, MM, PM or QM modules.
• Familiarity with Agile, ASAP, SCRUM or Waterfall methodologies.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
