Business Project Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Ria Money Transfer, a global leader in cross‑border payments, is looking for a Business Project Manager to drive key financial and regulatory initiatives within its Business Delivery team in Querétaro, Mexico. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional projects across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and IT, ensuring successful delivery from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to implementation, developing and tracking plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across business areas, acting as liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
• Support regulatory, licensing or compliance‑related initiatives and ensure timely follow‑up on identified risks.
• Provide structured status updates and reports to leadership.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services, fintech, banking or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with Compliance, Risk or Legal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and multi‑workstream management skills.
• Fluent English.
