Business Project Manager

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest IT service firms and lead business‑driven initiatives within the Enterprise Change Office and Investment Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and delivery partners to deliver outcomes that support strategic priorities in the Asset Management domain.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management services for business‑oriented initiatives, ensuring alignment with technology and operational needs.
• Lead medium‑sized projects and contribute to larger global programs across multiple workstreams.
• Own status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and timely escalations.
• Drive execution using approved delivery methodologies, governance practices, and tools with a focus on business outcomes.
• Support change‑management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption readiness.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders across business, investment, technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and progress.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Business Project Manager, Program Manager, or Consultant leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Financial Services operating models.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders, translate objectives into executable plans, and drive results.
• Consulting mindset with skills in managing ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and structuring complex problems.
• Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management.
• Familiarity with technology‑enabled transformation initiatives (data, platforms, automation, operational improvements).
