Butler / Personal Guide

About the role

The Personal Guia, also known as a Butler, is one of the first faces guests encounter at Etéreo and often the last person they see before retiring for the night. This role combines warm hospitality with meticulous guest‑service management, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless, memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage the reception area and front‑desk operations with calm efficiency.
• Answer telephone inquiries professionally and provide knowledgeable recommendations about the property and surrounding Riviera Maya.
• Prepare and deliver welcome cards, itineraries, spa treatment bookings, restaurant reservations and other guest‑specific arrangements.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out and billing processes in line with Auberge Resorts and Forbes service standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and concierge teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Knowledge of the Riviera Maya area and ability to offer tailored recommendations.
• Professional demeanor that reflects Auberge Resorts’ brand standards.
