Candidate Experience Coordinator – Remote (6‑month contract)

About the role

As a Candidate Experience Coordinator you will support the full‑cycle recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for technical and non‑technical positions. This full‑time remote role is based in Brazil or Mexico and runs for a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to post jobs, schedule interviews, manage debriefs and follow‑up with candidates.
• Use Goodtime, an AI scheduling platform, to accelerate hiring timelines and gather candidate feedback.
• Attend intake meetings to align on hiring needs and role requirements.
• Prepare and extend written offer letters with accurate details.
• Host virtual interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting Mindbody core values.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR support or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize assignments and build rapport with candidates and internal partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Greenhouse, Codility and GoodTime recruiting tools.
• Experience using Sterling for background checks.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
