Charter Flights Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Charter Flights Manager to lead the strategy, development, and day‑to‑day operations of our charter business. You will build strong client relationships, uncover new market opportunities, and ensure profitable execution of charter services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy to grow charter revenue.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring service excellence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the charter aviation market.
• Coordinate charter operations with internal teams to guarantee efficient, cost‑effective execution.
• Manage resources, fleet capacity, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
• Analyze performance metrics such as load factor and profitability to support data‑driven decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and strategic agreements with clients and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development, preferably in travel, tourism, or aviation.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
