About the role

UPS is looking for a Local Federal Driver to deliver and pick up packages for residential and commercial customers. The role is physically demanding, fast‑paced, and requires safe driving practices while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect parcels to/from homes and businesses.
• Follow UPS safe‑driving procedures and traffic regulations.
• Lift, lower, and carry packages up to 70 lbs (32 kg) throughout the shift.
• Maintain UPS appearance standards and vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.
• Work a five‑day weekly schedule, adhering to local age and operational requirements for vehicle operation.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) repeatedly.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines.
• Strong customer interaction and driving skills.
• Meets local legal age and licensing requirements for operating a vehicle.
• Availability to work five days per week on a permanent basis.
