Client Relationship Development Specialist

About the role

The Client Relationship Development Specialist will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting. Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, the role focuses on market research, strategic planning, and networking to expand the company’s presence in the yachting sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, referrals, and market audiences.
• Conduct market research and develop strategic plans to support business growth.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of client‑centric service.
• Collaborate with all departments to align commercial initiatives and deliver superior solutions.
• Act as an ambassador for the Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting brands, upholding reputation for excellence and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting proposals and updates.
