Client Services Manager – Call Center

About the role

The Client Experience Executive at Redial BPO serves as a crucial intermediary and primary point of contact for our clients. This role is responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with operational and administrative teams to improve service delivery and overall client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships as the main point of contact for inquiries, concerns and feedback.
• Ensure clear communication of client agreements to internal teams and coordinate action plans to meet client needs.
• Provide timely information and reports on client performance and satisfaction to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA and Training to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of client‑facing experience, preferably in a BPO or call‑center environment, including at least 6 months as a Call Center Operations Manager.
• Business Administration degree or a comparable qualification.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• English language proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level.
