Clinic Nurse (RN) – Day Shift

About the role

The Clinic Nurse RN provides direct patient care in the Central Clinic for Women, working day shifts from Monday to Friday. The role focuses on preparing patients, assisting physicians with procedures and minor surgeries, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
• Assist physicians during clinical procedures and minor surgeries.
• Perform various diagnostic tests and deliver patient education.
• Maintain and troubleshoot clinic equipment.
• Act as liaison between the physician, patients, and external agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMOs, and other physician offices.
• Support other medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing (Arkansas license or multi‑state license including Arkansas).
• CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required for lab work).
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
