Clinic Office Representative

About the role

The Clinic Office Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Working weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, you will support the medical team by handling front‑desk operations and administrative tasks in a busy healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify their information, and complete check‑in procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Maintain and file patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality.
• Process patient check‑outs, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinic or medical office is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 35‑40 words per minute.
