About the role
The Clinic Office Representative provides the first point of contact for patients visiting the Central Clinic for Women. Working weekdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm, you will ensure smooth front‑desk operations and support the clinical team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify their information, and check them in.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s system.
- Maintain and file patient records accurately.
- Process patient check‑out, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical office preferred.
- Strong customer‑service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 35‑40 words per minute.
Required skills
- Typing (35‑40 wpm)
