Cloud Engineer – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our remote team serving clients in Mexico. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining cloud‑based integration solutions on AWS and leading integration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test and deploy cloud applications using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement API integrations (REST/SOAP) and enterprise integration patterns with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform or alternatives such as Boomi, SnapLogic, Informatica or TIBCO.
• Configure and manage message brokers (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus) and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet performance, security and scalability requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and continuous‑integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of object‑oriented programming, algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and web services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
