Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Platform Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage Azure‑based solutions for its global clients. The role involves close client interaction, hands‑on architecture work, and delivery of end‑to‑end infrastructure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document Azure architecture diagrams covering compute, networking, storage, databases, IAM and security.
• Coordinate with clients on‑site or remotely to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Administer Linux operating systems and support Kubernetes workloads.
• Deliver complete infrastructure solutions from concept through production, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure architecture (IaaS, PaaS, security, networking, storage, databases, IAM).
• Hands‑on experience creating architecture designs and diagrams.
• Proven client‑facing and coordination skills.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform and IaC implementation.
• Extensive experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and Linux OS administration.
