Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial real‑estate projects throughout the Americas region.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor progress.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, costs, and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial real‑estate or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of project delivery, commissioning, and risk management.
