Commercial Specialist

About the role

The Commercial Specialist works in a shared office environment supporting the commercial team. You will act as the primary liaison between select fabricators and internal capabilities, ensuring timely project quotations, coordination, and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with Marketing, Customer Experience, Pricing, Supply Chain, Operations and global Guardian plants to deliver optimal service.
• Support project quotations through financial analysis and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Track customer requirements, delivery dates, material status and purchase orders.
• Coordinate supply‑chain and customer‑service activities to guarantee on‑time product delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels for Make‑to‑Order (MTO) and Make‑to‑Stock (MTS) items.
• Update Salesforce with new projects, quotations, samples, contacts and related data.
• Prepare forecasts and assist with customer visit planning.
