Communications Manager

About the role

One for the World is seeking a creative, strategic, and mission‑driven Communications Manager to lead the external launch of its refreshed brand. You will own the full digital marketing ecosystem, bringing the new visual and verbal identity to life across social media, email, paid media, SEO, and the website while expanding reach among students and young professionals worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and content strategy across all channels.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and integrate TikTok and YouTube.
• Plan, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns and grow the contact database.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Oversee website architecture, design, user experience, and SEO initiatives.
• Report on digital performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Write and edit copy for all communications assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for design, web development, advertising, and other consultancy services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in digital and performance marketing, including email, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong copywriting and editing abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.
