Communications Manager

About the role

EPAM, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, is seeking a Communications Manager. You will act as a trusted communications advisor to senior business leaders, translating business priorities into effective communication strategies that drive alignment and organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Use strong business acumen to quickly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication‑related matters.
• Drive strategic communications planning and provide consulting support to internal leaders.
• Craft and deliver change‑management and transformation communications that support organizational shifts.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence outcomes within complex matrix organizations.
• Build and adapt communications strategies in response to evolving business needs.
• Apply AI to reinforce communications strategies, boost productivity, and accelerate adoption of new practices.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement across all communication activities.
• Transition smoothly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on delivery, producing high‑quality communications and supporting key initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in lead, manager, or coordinator positions and 5 years leading a team.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational priorities.
• Proven experience advising VP and C‑level stakeholders.
• Solid background in strategic communications planning and consulting.
• Experience with change‑management and transformation communications.
• Executive presence and ability to influence within complex matrix organizations.
• Capability to design and evolve communications strategies aligned with business needs.
• Fluency in AI tools to enhance communications strategies and productivity.
• Outcomes‑oriented mindset with a continuous‑improvement approach.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
