Consultant – Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant to deliver high‑quality, timely solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and related industries. You will work on projects ranging from basic analysis to complex problem‑solving, often leading small teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic alternatives and define project approaches for client questions.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyse findings, and extract key insights.
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables under guidance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
• Support business development activities and proposal preparation.
• Manage day‑to‑day project execution and collaborate closely with clients.
• Perform quantitative or qualitative analysis to address client issues.
• Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through engagements and learning opportunities.
• Lead learning, development, and recruiting initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in healthcare and life‑science industries.
• Some project‑management experience.
• Adaptability, quick learning ability, and willingness to travel.
