Content Design Coordinator

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Content Design Coordinator to lead the creation, execution, and delivery of multi‑platform design projects. The role blends hands‑on design work with team leadership, ensuring visual excellence, brand consistency, and strategic alignment across print, digital, and motion assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end design of complex projects such as large‑scale banners, POS displays, social media campaigns, and motion graphics.
• Manage and mentor a team of 2‑7 junior designers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the creative process.
• Collaborate with senior designers and managers to align visual output with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for medium‑complexity campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand visual content across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related visual arts discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic, interactive, or motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns, social media content, POS materials, and motion graphics.
• Ability to balance creative direction with stakeholder management in a fast‑paced environment.
