Content Manager – Hybrid – Mexico City

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Content Manager to support a fast‑growing private‑equity real‑estate firm focused on multifamily assets in the U.S. Southeast. Based in Mexico City, you will work hybrid (2 days onsite) to develop and maintain an executive‑led content platform that includes a podcast, newsletter, and strong social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and edit podcast episodes featuring the Chief Investment Officer and industry experts.
• Write, design, and distribute a regular newsletter highlighting market trends, deals, and AI applications in commercial real estate.
• Manage the firm’s social media channels to amplify content reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with investment and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
• Track content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, editorial planning, or digital media.
• Strong interest or background in real‑estate, finance, or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and within a hybrid office environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City.
