Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead site‑wide initiatives to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and generate cost savings. This role requires hands‑on presence in the manufacturing plant, close collaboration with front‑line teams, and the ability to drive cultural change toward continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement tools such as SMED, problem‑solving, and Green/Black Belt projects.
• Identify, track, and eradicate chronic and sporadic losses, providing regular performance updates to plant leadership.
• Integrate system health monitoring into operational reviews (daily, weekly, monthly huddles) to sustain improvements.
• Lead restoration of bottleneck equipment through AM/PM execution, 5S, visual management, and defect identification.
• Develop and deliver training to front‑line and supervisory staff on improvement methodologies and digital tools.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, digital connected worker) to enhance production efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
